I'm in central Australia!

Tää tulee olemaan sekavin postaus ikinä että koittakaa pysyä perässä :-D en osaa enää aatella kovin järkevästi että syvimmät pahoitteluni :-D Nyt on vaa ihan liikaa asiaa teille! Tässä välissä on kuulkaas ehtiny tapahtumaa VAIKKA MITÄ JÄNNÄÄ! Tää tulee olemaan pisin postaus EVER joten ottakaahan oikee mukava asento ja rento meininki!

Last day in Canberra, I really loved their National museum, it was SO GOOD! If you ever go to Canberra, that's the place to be. So fascinating&interesting stuff in there. And so friendly staff I must admit! They made me smile so many times (that isn't too hard tho haha).

The most loveliest Sophia who took me under her roof dropped me to the airport and soon I was middle of the nowhere. That place is central Australia! Wohoo. I was in Uluru and I knew  I'll have great time in there and so I had! The Ayers rock is juuuuust magnificent!!. Photos will tell you more than thousand words. I met two British guys in Uluru tour and I spent some lovely time with them! Other thing, what I didn't expect was that nice German lady asked me to be model for her photos! She will have exhibition next year in Saint Petersburg, or as we Finnish knows it, PIETARI! We had three different photo shootings and it was fun! I had relaxed schedule so I had time to be model :-D Lol! So end of next year I might be on my way to Pietari, which actually was part of Finland before silly first&second world wars. She promised to send me those photos so when I get them on my hands (to my email...) I'll show to you as well! I'm really excited too!! Will be great memory for me :-) BUSH BUSH BUSH central Australia is ALL ABOUT BUSH.

(Näyttää iha et mulla olis joku minimekko päällä mut kyl mulla oli iha shortsit jalas :-D)

First of all biiig thanks for my mummy of some extra money... With the money on my pocket I went to the camel farm and is it hard to guess why I went there?? YAYYYY Camel riiiideeee!!! I woke up 4:30 am but it was all worth it. Sunrise was just sooo beautiful as you can see...!!!

Some aboriginal people doing their paintings. Beautiful :-)

Tää kuva vain tehdäkseni teidät kateellisiks :-D +40 astetta...

Then I made my way to Kings Canyon and continued to Alice Springs . As you can see below, it was quite amazing. And tour guide was a really nice, people are just so nice in here! :-D It makes me smile every single day!

My must to do in Alice Springs list was quite empty, there was just Alice desert park and everything else was just ++++++. I went to Alaruen centre, it's quite much about Alice Springs history. But I met a Finnish family in there!!! I said to them "Nice, haven't heard Finnish a looooong time in here!" It was so weird because I haven't had good conversations in Finnish for awhile and I was already thinking did I just make grammar rule mistake x-D Sooner or later I cant speak any language fluently... Quite miserable huh :-D

Mielenkiintone stoori hei!! Ehdotan vakavasti että luette siitä enemmän!

Did I tell the camel ride was awesoooome and so was the sunrise! 2 days later I had camel burger... I felt kinda upset, like I'm eating friend of mine!! I just thought I must do it once in my life... so now it's done, I have eaten camel. No need to eat it ever again!! Most of you might be thinking how it's like, well I hadn't know it's camel I would thought it's just beef. So no big difference. I can't decide do I wanna taste kangaroo or not... Let's see. I feel a bit mixed about it because I looooove kangaroos! They are so cute and so are camels! Camel burger... GONE.

Actually I met a nice Californian guy in this hostel and he is going to the same train than me! That's juuuust great, I have been watching american movies with him in the evenings. I'm sharing my room with a girl from Berlin but she has been living in England six years or so (so so so) so she has lovely british accent hehee!

Että sellasta tänne down underiin! IT'S a bloody LONG WAY! Mulla on teitä kaikkia oikeesti IKÄVÄ <3 <3 <3 PS. couple of days to go and then I have been 2 months away from home! It feels like yesterday I arrived to Sydney and hadn't know ideas where life will take me.. Finland is all the time in my heart guys!

Unohdin (tuttu tunne) varmasti kirjottaa vielä tuhannesta ja yhdestä asiasta, kuten arvata saattaa mut täs tais olla kaikki tämmösessä pähkinän kuoressa.... Kuvat kertoo kuitenki enemmä kun turhat tekstit :-D Tän jutun väsäämises meni ikä ja terveys että älkäähä välittäkö virheistä ja muistakaa kommentoida :-D En muista enää että kirjotinko täst jo mut et TÄNÄÄN JUNALLA KOHTI DARWINIA! Kesto 25h. I LOVE YOU!

It's Canberra!

Hellooooo guys! I thought I'll write in English this time :-D I do mistakes in English,  I do mistakes in Finnish and I do mistakes in my life. But that's the thing called life!! (Feeling so clever) I might continue writing in Finnish but I'll make English translation. There isn't that much to do and see in Canberra and it's quite small city! When you think that it's Australia's capital. Nice spot to visit anyway!

Welcome to Canberra!! So my hostmum drop me to YHA hostel and at first I thought it will be so boring, 5 nights in Canberra, hahaa. How can I survive? ;-) I met one really nice English girl at hostel and she just arrived from Melbourne. She met one guy at bus when she came to hostel and this guy was going to some comedy thing at Charlie Black bar. So random, so fun! But there were about 12 comedians and they all had 5 minutes time to tell good jokes! I didn't get all of them but laughed anyway, hahahhha. Before we went to this guy's (yes he has name too, David haha) comedy thing Flick and I went to have driiinkkss.

So Flick&I took the bus to get this Charlie Black bar. We found the place!! Yayy :-D They really had funny jokes!!

It's really fun to travel like this because for example at 1 o'clock you have no idea where you will end up!

Next morning I went to walking in the city and took some photos for you! This is Glebe Park!

Jump in! It's Christmas! Yep yep! Time is passing so quickly, is Christmas really coming so soon?!

The map of Canberra. Looks quite weird, doesn't it?! Between the city is a big lake. We were just walking around the city with Flick, Irish girl and two Canadians (their home language is French!) How I always meet these French speaking Canadians :-D Don't know! Big mystery!! (Not really)

So the first thing what we did today was going to War Memorial Museum. We had guided tour and it was INTERESTING!!! I was taking photos most of the time but here the best shots juuust for you again.

There it's! You can see it! It all looked very pretty.

The wall of died soldiers. And it continued. And continued. I think it's so sad because I don't think wars are the right thing ever. There must be better solutions than fighting. Just so stupid&silly. Innocent people, brave souls. I can just admire how brave they have been. They hadn't many choices tho. I'm so happy&thankful I can live my life without fears and in peace. It's so different to live this century than last ones. At least we don't have so many wars anymore. I hope someday we all can live amicably!!

They really didn't use camels that often, only in special cases. Horses were much more popular. I just wanted to take photo of this cos it looks quite weird :-D I love camels!!

Looks quite cozy for me :-D but I guess it wasn't!

Reikiintyny kumivene. I feel like writing in Finnish again cos I don't know the right word for this boat :-D

I saw black swans as well! I haven't ever seen them so close so I was really excited. They look quite scary tho! I have been thinking that we have white swans in Finland but do black swans exist in there? I haven't ever seen. And I heard that there isn't many white swans in Australia. Interesting but why?!

Swans just look so impressive! But our next destination was... Parliament House ! I wasn't that interested about it cos I'm not that interested about politics and stuff. But here isn't much things to see so in the end I was quite interested about it haha.

Yeah I must admit it looked quite nice! :-D And now I'm glad that I didn't miss it &I had fun with my new international friends! Our next destination was National Gallery where I civilize myself looking at for example Pablo Picasso and Monet's paintings. There was a big ( I mean huuuge) room full of aboriginal art which was very interesting too. Camera wasn't allowed inside (Silja.. :-D... This time I didn't do my secret photographing) SO here few photos outside!

Then we head back to the hostel and while walking we found Einstein Sculpture! There was some kind of science museum or however, my book (Lonely Planet) didn't recommend it so we weren't interested hahha. I don't know if it was for children... but anyway!

Imagination is more important than knowledge - I couldn't agree more!!! Einstein was a very clever guy! (In case you didn't already know haha)

I stayed 2 nights at hostel and now I'm couchsurfing! A really nice girl named Sophie is hosting me 3 nights (actually 2 nights left) and it's been all GREAT!!! It's my first couchsurf experience and so far I can totally recommend to try! This is a half hippie place (:-D) and last night the girl from Argentina (already forgot her name.. what can I do for my name memory??) was playing guitar for us. And the most funny thing!! Sophie's housemate is half Finnish!! His mummy is from Finland but he can't speak Finnish anymore. He said that he used to speak and understand it quite well but not anymore. Only word which he could remember was ROSKAPÖNTTÖ (rubbish bin) haha. He hasn't been to Finland in many many years and hasn't been in contact with his grandparents anymore. Interesting, isn't it!

It's Saturday now and I have 2 days left in here, I have already seen almost everything what you can see in Canberra so... really waiting to head in Northern Territory!! Love you <3

PS.

I noticed that my blog have had viewers from 10 different countries! I thought it was quite surprising & exciting & weird because I just thought that my parents & friends are reading my blog :-D

JUST LETTING YOU KNOW

Asia nro. 1: Viikko sitten täällä siirryttiin KESÄAIKAAN ja kelloja siirrettiin tunnilla johonkin suuntaan (en enää muista kumpaan ja en jaksa miettiä asiaa xD) että SUMMER<3

Asia nro. Papukaijoja vaa tääl niinku jotai variksia Suomes. Kyl aussien kelpaa!

Asia nro. 3: Mulla on enää muutama yö jäljellä täällä perhe Castlella.

Oon yht. 3 yötä siellä ja sitte yhden Kings Canyonissa ja sitte jatkan Alice Springsiin jossa oon next 3 yötä. Eli about viikko aavikolla!

29th October hyppään kuuluisaan The Ghan junaan, joka oli suosittu beduiinien keskuudessa, aavikolla ku kerta ollaa. Ennen ton junareitin valmistumista ne siis kulki tota reittiä kameleidensa kans! Hurjaa aatella...Ku Alice Springs to Darwin on junan kaa pelkästää sen 24h...

Neljä yötä siellä ja tarkotuksena nähdä pari kansallispuistoa siinä sivussa (kakadu national park at least!)

Located near Fremantle, just minutes from the beach, the center offers daily yoga classes & spiritual events, regular visits by Spiritual Masters, an historic community house with a spiritual library, a divine organic vegie garden and beautiful garden surrounds graced by an unassuming free-range rabbit and a pesky cat...

? NYE (uudenvuodenaatto) on tarkotus viettää Sydneyssä, katotaan miten siinä käy... kaikki hostellit ja hotellit ja kaikki mahdollinen on meinaa varattu jo aika päiviä sitte. Wish me the best luck, I need it!!

Että sellasta! En oo varma koska kuulette musta seuraavan kerran, mutta ens keskiviikkona Mel siis heittää mut Canberraan ja sieltä lähen sit kohti Ulurua. Et ei ehkä kantsi iha joka päivä tätä blogia tsiikailla!;) Love you guys! <3 Ps. Mun känny rupee sit taas toimimaan ku pääsen häipymään täältä vuorilta!;) Tosin en tiiä miten se sit siellä aavikolla toimii...Mut Darwinis viimestään sen pitäis sit toimii.

Hellou taas! Paljon on ehtiny jo tapahtumaa täällä (kaikkee hauskaa :-D) ja äskenen viikonloppu oltiin Coomassa (en ollu koomassa.. hahaa) Melin vanhempien luona, eli Hannahin isovanhempien luona.

Sain pari päivää sitten postia - legendaarinen hetki!

Mietin sillee et joo tää on kyllä suomee. Mitä ihmettä, ei se kyllä voi olla.No mitä muuta kieltä se sitte on haloo!! Go huhtamäki!
